Pengaruh Revolusi Industri Terhadap Transformasi Pemasaran

Hari ini, kita tidak boleh menyangkal bahawa strategi pemasaran akan sentiasa berkembang dan bakal terus berevolusi mengikut kemajuan teknologi serta pengaruh trend pasaran. Peralihan budaya pasaran yang kita semua lalui hari ini turut memberi kesan kepada sebahagian besar perniagaan kerana strategi yang dipraktikkan sekitar dua atau tiga tahun lalu tidak semestinya masih terpakai secara keseluruhannya lagi. Penambahbaikan perlu sentiasa dilakukan kerana peralihan pasaran kini berkembang dengan sangat pantas.

Atas faktor tersebut, saya terpanggil mengupas secara ringkas pada artikel ini terhadap perkembangan industri serta pengaruh yang menyumbang kepada perubahan landskap pasaran pada masa kini. Revolusi pemasaran juga mempunyai sejarah fasa peralihan yang panjang, namun ada diantara strategi yang masih terus releven sehingga ke hari ini. Memahami keberadaan ini setidaknya dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas dalam membantu memahami kepentingan pasaran masa kini.

Ia juga dapat dijadikan landasan dalam mengenalpasti potensi pasaran dengan merangka strategi integrasi pemasaran secara digital dan tradisional (inbound & outbound) yang fleksible, kos efektif dan berkesan terhadap organisasi perniagaan yang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan trend pasaran.

Pengaruh Transformasi Pemasaran

Pengaruh pemasaran era modenisasi bermula dengan kebangkitan revolusi perindustrian pertama sekitar tahun 1760an. Ia juga dikenali sebagai era Pemasaran 1.0 yang ketika itu menyaksikan peningkatan drastik dalam teknologi penciptaan dan pembuatan bagi memenuhi keperluan pasaran.

Namun, perniagaan ketika itu hanya memfokuskan kepada kualiti dan kuantiti pengeluaran dalam memasarkan produk tanpa mengambilkira persepsi pelanggan mahu pun tahap kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhannya. Penjenamaan pula dianggap sebagai pengenalan hak milik dagangan bagi sesebuah produk. Para pelanggan dan pengguna juga mempunyai pilihan yang terhad di pasaran.

Pada tahap berkembangnya inovasi teknologi dan persaingan industri di era Pemasaran 2.0, strategi pemasaran mula berubah dengan pendekatan yang lebih berteraskan nilai keperibadian yang menarik emosi pelanggan sebagai strategi pengukuhan penjenamaan untuk dominasi pasaran. Strategi pemasaran, periklanan dan promosi turut terdorong dalam memfokuskan penjenamaan bagi meningkatkan nilai produk pada persepsi pengguna semata-mata bertujuan untuk melariskan jualan. Namun, ia masih bersifat komunikasi sehala dengan tujuan mempengaruhi tindak pelanggan untuk memenangi persaingan dan meningkatkan authoriti dalam sesebuah sektor pasaran yang diceburi. Hampir kesemua strategi hanyalah menjurus kepada kepentingan perniagaan dan keuntungan industri.

Hanya pada peralihan era Pemasaran 3.0 yang bermula sekitar tahun 60an, menyaksikan orientasi pelanggan menjadi faktor yang memainkan peranan penting dalam menjamin pengukuhan jenama dan kredibiliti perniagaan serta pasaran. Ketika itu juga dikenali sebagai penghujung era ‘baby boomers’, dimana para pengguna sudah mula memahami hak memilih dan merevolusikan pemasaran sebagai trend yang mempengaruhi gaya hidup masyarakat dengan lebih meluas.

Sehinggalah kemunculan internet pada era 90an telah memakmurkan lagi penyebaran maklumat dan membuka kesedaran industri bahawa pelanggan adalah aset pasaran paling penting yang mampu berfikir, memilih dan mencipta persepsi yang turut mampu mempengaruhi pola pasaran. Pelanggan juga mula lebih memahami bahawa mereka bukan sasaran yang mudah dipengaruhi dan mempunyai hak untuk menentukan pilihan pembelian yang betul.

Kini, potensi digital bersifat komunikasi dua hala turut memberi pengaruh sangat besar terhadap penguasaan maklumat dalam talian. Organisasi yang terus kompetitif menyedari pentingnya memiliki visi dan misi yang seiring dengan inspirasi serta motivasi pelanggan sebagai landasan untuk berdaya maju.

Evolusi Industri Era Internet Kebendaan

Kemunculan era Pemasaran 4.0 yang juga menandakan peralihan era Teknologi Maklumat (IT) kepada era Internet Kebendaan (IoT) dan telah membuka perspektif yang lebih seimbang di antara hubungan perniagaan, pelanggan dan prospek pasaran. Perniagaan kini perlu lebih prihatin dalam mengenalpasti potensi pasaran, keperluan serta faktor-faktor yang mencetus motivasi pelanggan.

Kemunculan krisis pandemik juga turut menyuntik kesedaran yang lebih meluas tentang pentingnya keperihatinan terhadap pemasaran yang berorientasikan motivasi pelanggan dan keperluan pasaran. Suara pelanggan menjadi tunggak utama bagi memperkukuh kredibiliti penjenamaan dan perniagaan agar dapat terus bertapak kukuh sebagai pilihan muktamat dalam minda dan hati pengguna.

Secara dasar, Pemasaran 4.0 adalah pendekatan strategi yang mementingkan keperihatinan serta kefahaman terhadap pola pengguna dan memanfaatkan potensi pengkalan data pelanggan sebagai aset perniagaan yang paling berharga.

Walaupun kemajuan teknologi semakin berkembang, ia tetap memerlukan kebijaksanaan setiap perniagaan untuk mengintegrasi kemahiran digital dengan sentuhan manusiawi. Pengukuhan ‘brand loyalty’ dan orientasi pelanggan adalah asas penting dalam merangka strategi pemasaran untuk terus berkembang kukuh dalam persaingan pasaran digital kini.
