Ini penting untuk anda yang baru memulakan personal branding kerana anda memerlukan sokongan rangkaian yang betul serta mereka inilah yang menjadi first promoter ketika anda berkongsi content yang dihasilkan di media sosial nanti.

Membina rangkaian dalam personal branding adalah bermaksud membina perhubungan dengan rakan – rakan di media sosial seperti followers, friends atau connections.

Ini adalah sangat penting untuk anda yang baru memulakan personal branding kerana anda memerlukan sokongan rangkaian yang betul serta mereka inilah yang menjadi first promoter ketika anda berkongsi content yang dihasilkan di media sosial nanti.

Cara Membina Rangkaian Yang Betul Dalam Personal Branding

Cara untuk membina rangkaian yang betul adalah anda perlu memastikan rakan – rakan atau connection di media sosial mempunyai circle dan persamaan dalam bidang kerja yang kita ceburi. Contohnya kalau anda nak orang support content video yang anda hasilkan, anda perlu cari rakan – rakan yang suka akan content seperti video editing, photographer dan sebagainya. 

Circle yang dibina di media sosial inilah yang akan menentukan sama ada personal branding anda berjaya atau sebaliknya. Jadi, rangkaian atau audience yang betul sangatlah penting untuk memastikan personal branding yang anda lakukan berjaya ataupun tidak. 

Pemilihan Pelaksanaan content Personal Branding

Apakah yang dimaksudkan dengan jenis content dalam pelaksanaan personal branding? 

Jenis content yang dihasilkan sebenarnya perlulah bersesuaian dengan medium dan personal branding ataupun bisnes yang anda ceburi. Antara contoh mudah yang dikenali oleh ramai orang pada masa kini adalah influencer di Malaysia iaitu Khairul Aming.

Khairul Aming dikenali sebagai seorang yang memiliki kelebihan dalam bidang masakan. Beliau memilih untuk membina personal branding di Instagram dimana beliau sering upload video masakan.

Tetapi anda perlu ingat bahawa untuk pelaksanaan personal branding, content ini tidak semestinya dalam bentuk video sahaja. Terdapat 4 jenis content yang anda perlu tahu iaitu dalam bentuk teks, audio, gambar dan video dan keempat – empat jenis content ini boleh digunakan untuk personal branding.

Contoh content berbentuk teks adalah artikel. Anda juga boleh membuat content dalam bentuk audio seperti podcast dimana anda boleh merakam percakapan anda dan memuat naik recording tersebut di platform seperti Spotify ataupun Discord Channel.

Seterusnya ialah content berbentuk video. Ini adalah content yang paling disukai di mana – mana platform media sosial dan kebiasaannya ia akan mendapat reach yang tinggi. 

Content keempat pula adalah dalam bentuk gambar seperti infografik yang selalu dikongsikan oleh content creators di luar sana. Ini semua adalah contoh content yang boleh anda hasilkan mengikut kesesuaian personal branding diri ataupun bisnes anda.

7 content terbaik pada tahun 2021 mengikut kajian

  1. Live Video

Live video merupakan salah satu content yang mendapat sambutan pada tahun 2021. Jadi anda boleh menggunakannya untuk personal branding atau bisnes anda.

  1. Stories

Yang kedua adalah content stories yang dipaparkan di media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, Twitter dan sebagainya. Stories ialah content yang boleh dihasilkan dalam bentuk gambar atau video. 

Berbanding dengan posting yang biasa anda lakukan, kebarangkalian untuk content tersebut lalu di timeline followers anda adalah bergantung kepada algorithm platform media sosial tersebut. Tetapi, jika anda menggunakan kaedah stories, reach akan lebih tinggi berbanding posting di timeline biasa. 

  1. User Generated Content (UGC)

User Generated Content (UGC) adalah content yang dihasilkan oleh pelanggan yang menggunakan produk atau servis anda. Contohnya, pelanggan membeli produk anda dan mereka mengambil gambar ataupun video berkenaan dengan produk tersebut. Content sebegini pastinya akan menambahkan lagi kepercayaan orang ramai terhadap perniagaan anda.

  1. Storytelling

Kaedah storytelling adalah dimana anda menulis dalam bentuk teks dan disertakan dengan gambar. Kebiasaannya, content storytelling juga adalah satu cara yang mudah untuk menyentuh emosi pembaca dan sangat mendapat sambutan. 

Contoh storytelling yang boleh diberikan adalah Ebit Lew, dimana beliau sering menceritakan pengalaman beliau menolong mereka yang hidup dalam kedaifan beserta gambar yang menyayat hati untuk menjentik emosi pembaca.

  1. Podcast

Seterusnya adalah podcast. Podcast merupakan antara content yang popular di dunia pada ketika ini tetapi malangnya, ia kurang mendapat perhatian di Malaysia. Jadi, anda patut merebut peluang ini dengan melaksanakan content jenis ini sekaligus akan dapat membuatkan anda stand out.

  1. Checkbox (Messenger)

Kenapa checkbox ini adalah content yang dianggap terbaik untuk 2021? 

Ini kerana content berbentuk checkbox ini dapat membuatkan penggunanya berkomunikasi dan memberi respon dengan pantas serta mempunyai tetapan auto follow – up. Ia juga adalah content yang disukai oleh ramai peniaga.

  1. Content interaktif

Akhir sekali, content yang mendapat sambutan pada tahun 2021 adalah content berbentuk interaktif seperti kuiz ataupun poll di Instagram, Facebook, Twitter atau sebarang media sosial lain yang mempunyai feature sebegini. Content interaktif ini akan menggalakkan audience berinteraksi dengan anda.

Tetapi, sebelum anda menghasilkan sebarang content, anda perlu memastikan bahawa ianya berseuaian dengan personal branding diri ataupun perniagaan anda. Ini bagi memastikan anda dapat membina personal branding yang berjaya.
