The hiring of Simon Rollenbeck as Head of Marketing by Komo Technologies, a leader in the Australian Customer Engagement industry, is poised to revolutionise the customer engagement environment. At a pivotal point in Komo Technologies’ development trajectory, the well-respected Rollenbeck has joined the team, bringing with him extensive experience in data-driven marketing.

Tracing Rollenbeck’s Illustrious Career

Rollenbeck’s path to Komo Technologies has been paved with significant milestones. His previous role as the Chief Marketing Officer at Mozaik Play highlighted his capability to steer comprehensive marketing strategies. His tenure at Expedia’s Egencia in the Asia Pacific region, where he focused on growth and customer retention, further honed his skills. At Willow, a global technology firm and Microsoft partner, he excelled as the Director of Digital & Demand Marketing, cementing his status in the marketing realm.

Envisioning the Future at Komo Technologies

In his new role, Rollenbeck is set to play a pivotal part in shaping Komo’s brand identity, enhancing demand generation, and refining their Go-To-Market strategy. Working in tandem with CCO Brent Kocher in Los Angeles and CEO Joel Steel, he is poised to lead the company’s marketing initiatives, aiming to bolster growth in both Australia and the USA.

Rollenbeck’s appointment coincides with a period of significant momentum for Komo Technologies. Establishing a direct customer relationship is crucial for brands to stay relevant now more than ever, especially amid evolving privacy regulations, marketing limitations and an ever decreasing attention span,” Rollenbeck remarked.
