Her most recent achievement was at M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ, where she held the position of Chief People Officer. During her tenure, she was a key figure in the Global M&C P&C Advisory team, driving significant changes in the company’s approach to people and workplace practices.
Prior to her stint at M&C Saatchi Group, Harrison was at the forefront of a major transformation at KPMG Australia as the Head of People & Culture Transformation. Her leadership was instrumental in reshaping the firm’s culture and operational strategies, particularly through the implementation of the Future of Work program.
