The fact that McDonald’s is the most popularly searched-for fast food brand in 75 different nations demonstrates how dominant McDonald’s is in the minds of people who eat fast food all around the world. McDonald’s has a search volume of 27,090,830, which places it ahead of KFC (9,601,550), which is the most popular restaurant in 65 countries, and Pizza Hut (18,111,090), which is the most popular restaurant in 28 countries.

After Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Pizza Hut is the fast food restaurant that receives the second-most online searches in the Asia Pacific region.

Even though the United States controls the vast majority of the world’s marketplaces for fast food, Asia continues to compete in these markets. The following is a list of the most prominent Asian fast food restaurants in the world.

Jollibee

Jollibee Foods Corporation, more commonly referred to simply as Jollibee or Jollibee, is a global network of Filipino fast food restaurants that has its headquarters in Pasig, Philippines. Jollibee is also an alternate name for Jollibee Foods Corporation. JFC is the owner of the popular fast food brand Jollibee, which is regarded as a competition for McDonald’s throughout Asia.

Jollibee is a remarkable success story that began in 1975 as two small ice cream stores that specialised in hot meals and sandwiches. By 1978, the business had expanded into a corporation that sold burgers and had seven locations around the Philippines. After that, it evolved into a business that was instrumental in the rise of the fast food industry in the Philippines.

Jollibee currently operates more than a thousand restaurants in the Philippines, in addition to more than three hundred locations in other parts of the world, such as the United States, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Brunei, China, and Vietnam. Jollibee is the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines.

In addition to McDonald’s, KFC, and other fast food chains, impress gourmets worldwide with mouthwatering hamburgers with a variety of fillings, spicy Tokbokki rice cakes, or fried chicken. One of the well-known fast food brands in Asia is Lotteria. Lotteria, a Lotte Group subsidiary that competes in the most lucrative area of the food industry, has demonstrated even more of its dominance by expanding internationally while meeting the demands of millions of customers for “quick food.” Famous US companies like McDonald’s and Coca-Cola compete fiercely for market dominance.
