Costa Coffee Appoints Ogilvy Malaysia For Brand & Social Media Management

Costa Coffee, a well-known coffee company, just hired Ogilvy Malaysia to manage its brand, social media, and campaigns. This action is meant to improve relationships with coffee drinkers in Malaysia and make Costa Coffee more visible there. As part of the contract, Ogilvy will be in charge of strategy, insights, creative ideation, in-store assets, video assets, and social material.

Building brand equity in Malaysia

Over the past two years, Costa Coffee has worked hard to connect with its coffee customers in Malaysia and build brand loyalty. By growing in Malaysia, the coffee company is trying to make a bigger name for itself and make its brand more valuable. The business has established 14 Costa Coffee outlets in the Klang Valley, KLIA, and Langkawi airports, in addition to over 700 Costa Smart Cafés, which are self-serve machines, across the country. The company has lofty intentions to double its business in Malaysia by 2023.

Ogilvy Malaysia: The Partner for Growth Ambitions

In order to further Costa Coffee’s growth goals in Malaysia, Ogilvy Malaysia is thrilled to collaborate with them. This is a fantastic new business gain for Ogilvy Malaysia, according to Kunal Jeswani, Group CEO of Ogilvy Singapore and Malaysia. Costa Coffee is a fantastic experiential brand, he continued, and Ogilvy is prepared to be their creative partner in Malaysia as they pursue their growth goals.

Restructure for efficiency

Ogilvy Malaysia completed a reorganisation earlier this month under unified leadership to become more cost-effective. The new organisation is part of a global strategy to provide comprehensive solutions in five major industries: growth and innovation, marketing, branding and content creation, public relations and influence, experience, and health.

Costa Coffee chose Ogilvy Malaysia to handle their brand, social media, and campaign as a strategic move to improve their relationships with coffee lovers in Malaysia and grow the brand’s presence in the country. Working with Costa Coffee would help the company further its goals for expansion and build a stronger presence in Malaysia, which excites Ogilvy Malaysia.
