New York City, the global epicenter of theatrical brilliance, is rolling out the red carpet for theater enthusiasts this September. New York City Tourism + Conventions, in collaboration with Mastercard®, has announced the much-anticipated return of NYC Broadway Week. The biannual event, now in its 12th year, will run from September 4 to September 17, 2023, and offers a 2-for-1 ticket deal for 24 Broadway shows.

A Celebration of Theatrical Grandeur

“We’re excited to announce the return of NYC Broadway Week this September, offering visitors and locals an opportunity to enjoy the world’s best theatrical productions at a remarkable value,” said Fred Dixon, President and CEO of New York City Tourism + Conventions. “Our signature NYC Broadway Week program is a celebration of the vibrancy and creativity of live theater and includes shows for all theatergoers to enjoy including Tony Award-winning productions, kid-friendly favorites, and beloved classics. We encourage everyone to book 2-for-1 tickets now to experience some of the most magnificent and renowned productions on Broadway.”

NYC Broadway Week is produced by New York City Tourism + Conventions in partnership with The Broadway League and Mastercard. Since its inception in Winter 2011, the program has cumulatively sold more than 2.1 million tickets, generating over $150 million in revenue for Broadway.

The Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment has also joined hands with New York City Tourism + Conventions as a sponsor of NYC Broadway Week, further solidifying the event’s reputation as a must-attend theatrical extravaganza.
