As part of its ongoing effort to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, the international marketing communications firm Stagwell has added the advertising agency CJ Worx of Thailand to its worldwide affiliate network.
The addition of CJ Worx’s skills in creative content and digital transformation will enhance Stagwell’s capacity to provide digital creativity to clients in the Asia Pacific region. CJ Worx has a significant presence in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. As a result, the company will provide its expertise and resources to Stagwell as the latter looks to increase its influence and footprint in the area.
Stagwell’s managing director for the Asia Pacific region, Randy Duax, told Marketing In Asia (M.I.A), “CJ Worx is a highly respected and accomplished agency with the same born-to-be-digital roots as Stagwell. CJ Worx is a jewel in the region. We believe its expertise and experience will be valuable to our Global Affiliate Network.”

Brands like Netflix and Boliden may take advantage of the integrated technology, creative, media, and strategy services provided by CJ Worx’s eight subsidiary firms. It may make use of the Stagwell marketing cloud, a suite of proprietary SaaS and DaaS technology for marketers, as well as Stagwell’s worldwide agency presence and more than 4,000 global clients.

To delve deeper, M.I.A, reached out to Stagwell and found that in recent months, Stagwell has taken a number of measures to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Stagwell established a permanent presence in the Asia Pacific region with the launch of a branch in Malaysia in September of 2017. In conjunction with the launch, it expanded its agreement with Malaysia Airlines to provide advertising and sponsorship options across all of Ink’s platforms, including those at the airport, in-flight, and at the consumer’s home. In addition to establishing a regional hub in Singapore, the company has partnered with a number of regional advertising agencies and media production studios.
The press release states that Stagwell’s worldwide affiliate programme is the driving force behind their customers’ agile global solutions, allowing them to collaborate with local specialists and expand their marketing into new markets. Through its almost 80 affiliates in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, Stagwell is able to conduct business in 98 different countries across the world.
