In his pivotal role, Way takes the lead on Coca-Cola’s enterprise-wide digital growth strategy. His expansive domain covers digital commerce, where he’ll oversee the full cycle of strategy and the implementation of eRetail functionalities and groundbreaking digital experiences. These initiatives set the foundation for Coca-Cola’s upcoming ventures.

Way’s journey with Coca-Cola started in 2013. He first stepped in as the Senior Brand Manager of Flavours for the South Pacific segment. Since then, he has journeyed through various significant roles. From Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager of Hydration to Commercial Director, Way’s trajectory has been nothing short of inspiring. He also helmed positions as Director of New Business Development, Sales Director of Organic and Raw Trading, and led offline-to-online strategies.
