Penulisan Pemasaran: 9 Perkara Ini Penting

Menulis ayat-ayat atau gabungan perkataan yang terlalu menjual kini sudah lapuk di makan zaman. Dalam era ini, sesiapa yang membaca status seakan-akan menjual yang anda tulis di media sosial akan terus melangkau status anda itu ke tempat lain. Lebih baik mereka baca sesuatu yang lebih kelakar, menghiburkan, sesuatu yang mereka dapat belajar dan sebagainya.

Kalau anda tidak percaya, cuba lihat jumlah Like dan komen, malah perkongsian yang status tersebut perolehi. Memang tidak dinafikan hampir semua orang, termasuk saya sendiri, akan menghabiskan masa lebih banyak untuk membaca dan melihat status yang selain menjual.

Bayangkan anda tengah makan, tiba-tiba ada seorang penjual datang dan menjual keropok kepada anda. Dia memberikan salam secara lembut dan terus menolak sebungkus keropok kepada anda, memaksa anda membeli satu. Anda suka? Boleh dikatakan sesiapa pun tidak akan suka untuk diterjah sebegitu rupa. Jadi, di media sosial juga begitu.

Apakah taktik penulisan di media sosial yang anda perlu lakukan bagi mengelak untuk dilihat sebagai terlalu menjual?

Fokus kepada objektif tetapi alihkan perhatian mereka kepada ‘Mengapa’. Sekiranya anda sukakan seseorang, anda tidak boleh terus melulu dan berkata kepada si dia yang anda cintakannya. Kalau anda berhasrat untuk kena satu penangan penampar yang hebat dari orang tersebut, cubalah. Di media sosial juga sama. Walaupun anda fokus kepada objektif ingin menjual produk atau perkhidmatan kepada para pengguna di luar sana, penulisan anda perlu diolah agar pembaca melihat kenapa dia perlukan produk atau perkhidmatan ini dalam kehidupan seharian mereka. Tulis sesuatu yang menggambarkan yang kehidupan mereka tidak akan lengkap tanpanya.

Fokus kepada sasaran pembaca. Anda tidak boleh menulis satu status yang ditujukan kepada semua orang. Sebaliknya, fokuskan satu status itu kepada satu sasaran pengguna. Dengan tumpuan sebegini, cerita anda akan lebih mudah difahami.

Menulis seolah-olah anda bercakap dengan orang lain. Tiada siapa pun yang suka membaca sesuatu yang mengingatkan mereka tentang buku teks sekolah. Menulis terlalu kasual juga tidak sesuai kerana pembaca mungkin akan beranggapan yang jenama anda tidak serius. Jadi penulisan anda perlu berada di tengah-tengah. Tempo penulisan pula perlu seakan-akan anda sedang bercakap dengan orang lain.

Mengajak perkongsian. Apabila anda menulis sesuatu, pastikan isi yang wujud di dalam penulisan anda itu perlu begitu bagus dan jarang dijumpai di tempat lain, yang mampu membuatkan ia dikongsikan oleh para pembaca.

Mudah dan senang difahami. Pembaca yang memahami tentang apa yang dibacanya dengan sepantas kilat akan memberikan reaksi mereka. Salah satu reaksi yang bakal ditunjukkan mereka ialah dengan berkongsi status tadi dengan rakan-rakan media sosial mereka.

Autoriti. Adakah anda merupakan individu atau jenama yang tepat sebagai tempat untuk pembaca merujuk kepada industri yang anda berada sekarang? Sekiranya jawapan anda Ya, maka dengan sendirinya mereka akan datang kembali merujuk kepada anda apabila mereka ingin tahu sesuatu yang lebih mendalam yang berkisar tentang industri anda.

Cerita yang asli. Penceritaan yang anda tulis di media status anda perlu asli dan diolah dengan baik agar mudah difahami ceritanya. Para pembaca yang datang melihat status anda akan dapat menghidu sekiranya anda menggunakan atau meniru cerita milik orang lain.

Ikhlas dan benar. Pembaca juga akan dapat menghidu sekiranya anda menipu dan tidak jujur dalam penceritaan anda. Walaupun status itu pendek, namun ia perlu ditulis dengan jujur dan benar. Kan tipu berdosa.

Mengajak pembaca bertindak selepas membaca. Sekali-sekala anda perlu juga menulis secara bijak dan menarik pembaca untuk bertindak sebaik sahaja mereka habis membaca apa yang anda tulis pada status media sosial anda. Mungkin anda mengajak mereka untuk menghantar mesej kepada anda untuk pertanyaan lanjut, melawat laman web anda dan lain-lain.

Selain daripada ini, jangan sesekali lakukan perkara-perkara yang membuatkan jenama anda kelihatan murah seperti terlalu memberikan pendapat yang melalut, penulisan yang sempit pemikiran, terlalu berbaur perkauman, atau penulisan yang menunjukkan anda terlalu ego atau terlalu bagus, gemar mempromosikan diri sendiri atau yang sewaktu dengannya.
