Parle Agro, the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in India, has announced the appointment of Ankit Kapoor as the new Head of Marketing and International Business for the Group. From Ananta Capital to Parle Agro
Kapoor’s Journey He was applying knowledge from his marketing skills earlier developed at Ananta Capital, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer, before joining Parle Agro. He contributed to the redefinition of brand strategy for five Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and legacy brands during his tenure. The key focus during his term was strategic brand building and performance marketing, while spearheading NPD (new product development) and offline sales strategies.
A Wealth of Experience Kapoor, a 15-year veteran of the FMCG sector, is acclaimed for his leadership across diverse teams, business operation management, and keen eyes in developing path-breaking marketing strategies across geographies, categories, and companies. He has more than 20 years of experience, which include a key role as Business Executive Officer and Head of Marketing at Nestlé, leading the MILO business for Central and West Africa with its global brands KitKat, Milkybar, and BarOne.
