The executive leadership roles for the APAC region have been given to three leaders, according to Crayon, a global leader in IT services and innovation. Kate McGorman, Mathew Howard, and Simon Tung have joined the APAC executive leadership team and will play a significant role in the continued expansion of Crayon’s presence in the region. Simon Tung is now the General Manager of Singapore. Before this, he was the Sales Director for the country. This move comes as Crayon seeks to increase its presence in Asia Pacific following the acquisition of rhipe.
Tung will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives for Services, Channels, and People across the combined Crayon and rhipe operations in Singapore in his new position. The company named Matthew Howard, who previously worked as Senior Director, ANZ Direct Sales, as the new General Manager for Australia. His main goal is to create skillset-based collaborations with channel partners that will add value to the joint ecosystem. The company promoted Kate McGorman from the position of Director, Alliances and Cloud to Regional Vice President of Alliances. Howard will oversee continued investment in the Crayon services organization and the skill sets that underpin its success. Howard has over 20 years of industry experience. The newly appointed leaders will prioritize the operational and structural integration of Crayon and rhipe. Within their areas of responsibility, ensuring continued market responsiveness and high service standards.
McGorman will be in charge of the integrated Alliances team’s mission to strengthen and grow strategic partnerships. Encourage co-innovation, and make it easier for people to work together across the region. Simon, Mathew, and Kate share a vision to put our people and customers first. To help them drive growth, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional service to our customers and partners in APAC. I am inspired by their dedication to our organization. Rhonda Robati, EVP of Asia Pacific, expressed her confidence in the team, stating, “Simon, Mathew, and Kate share a vision to put our people and customers first to help them drive growth, foster innovation, and deliver new opportunities for businesses and partners. How will these recently appointed leaders influence regional innovation and digital transformation? We are curious to find out.
