In a major breakthrough in the food and beverage landscape, Coca-Cola Singapore is launching its innovative Coke&GO webapp. The company has further enhanced the experience with the introduction of touch-free smart coolers across select tertiary institutions in Singapore, heralding a transformative way for students and faculty staff to enjoy their favorite beverages from over 15 strategically placed smart coolers.

Coca-Cola’s Commitment to Digital Innovation

Coca-Cola has always prioritized innovation, and the Coke&GO webapp is a testament to this commitment. The webapp has been developed to adapt to the evolving needs of today’s tech-savvy consumers. By offering a convenient and personalized platform, including features such as saved payment methods, a record of purchase history, and contactless payments, Coca-Cola continues to revolutionize the consumer experience.

This refreshment revolution doesn’t end with the user-friendly webapp. Consumers also gain access to a wide variety of Coca-Cola beverages and stand a chance to enjoy rewards simultaneously.

Expansion Plans: A Smart Cooler Islandwide Rollout

Coca-Cola has plans to roll out up to 20 smart coolers across the island in the coming months. This initiative forms part of their mission to drive retail innovation and engage digitally-savvy consumers at any time of the day. Vice President, Commercial, Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Khoo Ewe Leong expressed his enthusiasm, stating that the Coke&GO webapp and the touch-free smart coolers represent the ultimate self-serve beverage experience. He encouraged consumers to embrace this exciting future today.

Transforming the Refreshment Experience for Consumers

Coca-Cola recognizes the ever-increasing consumer expectations driven by advancing technology and expanding options. Their aim is to not only meet but exceed these expectations, especially within the FMCG sector. The pilot program, therefore, aims to offer extensive beverage choices, convenience, and attractive rewards for consumers, with a focus on busy tertiary students and faculty staff.

Deputy Director Department of Estates & Development, Singapore Polytechnic, Wong Swee Chan expressed his satisfaction with the innovative refreshment experience, stating it as a highly appreciated enhancement for their students and staff.

Celebrating Innovation: The Official Launch Event

On 21 July, an official launch event celebrated the arrival of the smart coolers at Singapore Polytechnic. The Coke&GO webapp has already attracted over 3,500 users across Singapore, including over 1,800 students from Singapore Polytechnic, marking an encouraging start for this innovative refreshment experience.

As a trusted name in the beverage industry, Coca-Cola continues to pioneer innovation and customer engagement, shaping the future of refreshment experiences.
