Organic Pacific, a specialist entertainment communications and PR agency of Havas Group, has expanded its team. Four new hires have joined. These include Nathan Dann as the head of entertainment, Emily Macgroarty and Lauren Patterson as account managers, and Alexander Hon as the new account coordinator.
This expansion comes as the agency keeps delivering high standards. They provide results on projects of all sizes. They ensure clients keep returning. Nathan Dann will manage the newly won Netflix account. He has worked for more than six years at Universal Pictures International. His experience includes Warner Music and Nine Publicity. Dann stated, “We live in exciting times. Communications strategies must be creative and adaptive.”

Emily Macgroarty and Lauren Patterson are the new Account Managers. Macgroarty has a public relations background in Brisbane. Patterson has worked for almost five years at Premier London. Alexander Hon, a recent PR graduate, will be the new account coordinator.
These additions follow Havas Group’s significant new business wins in Australia in 2023. These wins include companies like Netflix, Universal Pictures Content Group, BMG Records, Sony Pictures, and Roadshow Films.
Organic also runs PR for SXSW Sydney in October. This is the first time a SXSW® event has been held outside North America in its 37-year history. Annabelle Gigliotti, Organic Pacific Managing Partner, expressed her excitement.
