Seventy luminaries were feted for their significant contributions to the property industry, with an exclusive group of twelve conferred the prestigious MIEA Million Dollar Achievers (MMDA) award.

This year’s event held a special place for Dr. Ernest Cheong Yong Yin, MIEA’s Charter President and founding member, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Cheong’s pivotal role in establishing MIEA and laying the groundwork for the flourishing real estate industry played a significant role in catering to the escalating home ownership demands of Malaysians.
