As we stand on the brink of a mobile commerce boom in India, with projections soaring to $46.4 billion in 2023 as per Statista, this partnership couldn’t be more timely. Shiprocket is setting its sights on capturing this growth wave by refining the mobile shopping experience. This strategic move is poised to empower its extensive network of 3 lakh merchants, enabling them to flourish in this burgeoning market.

  1. Effortless OTP-less Verification for Quicker Onboarding: A standout feature is Truecaller’s 1-Tap number-based, OTP-less verification solution, poised to revolutionize how new sellers join the Shiprocket platform, ensuring a smoother, quicker start.
  2. A Streamlined Online Checkout Experience: This partnership promises to redefine the checkout process, making it not only swift and secure but also boosting sales conversion rates remarkably, from 20% to 40%.
  3. Verified Business Caller ID for Unhindered Communication: Additionally, the integration of Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID solution is set to enhance the way merchants communicate with customers, especially for crucial interactions like delivery and support.
