Sinclair Announces Appointment Of Stephen Millikin As Chief Operating Officer

Sinclair, the award-winning independent PR agency, today announces the appointment of Stephen Millikin to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Tasked with leading the growth of the agency as it transitions into a regional player, he will take responsibility for the agency’s operations across APAC. Stephen joins Sinclair effective 1 April 2019.

With over 25 years of experience across Hong Kong, North America and EMEA, Stephen is a widely respected industry leader who has developed integrated communications strategies for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. Having held executive positions both in-house and agency-side, Stephen has a keen understanding of the business of the communications industry, which informs his solutions-oriented approach and successful track record of driving growth across industry and sector.
