Polygon announced the appointment of Bhumika Srivastava as the new Global Head of HR. She has over twenty years experience of strategizing HR-centric processes. Bhumika was previously Head of HR and Director for Employee Experience at Airbnb.
In her new role, Bhumika would be responsible for implementing a solid HR strategy that improves the employee experience and drives leadership & culture.
Her experience over the last two decades in effectively managing HR will prove invaluable for Polygon’s continued commitment to sustainably onboard millions of new users to Web3.
