Between getting used to COVID-19 as an endemic disease in Singapore, managing staff and their vaccination status and ensuring employees health status, as well as testing cycles, are up to date, businesses have a lot to navigate.
Without a proper dashboard, businesses would have no visibility of their employees latest self-test date and their vaccination status. Payboy, a Singapore-based all-in-one HR tech platform, has launched a free COVID Safe+ Module for companies to stay on top of their employee’s ART testing status.
The technology helps cushion the impact and provide a fuss-free solution to store employees’ ART tests, check live status on the dashboard and ensure compliance for reporting to the Health Promotion Board’s Swab Registration System.
This new system has been introduced to F&B, hospitality, retail, recruitment, construction and production industries in Singapore due to rising demand from Payboy’s database of existing clients.
Submissions of ART results are currently being conducted manually via WhatsApp messaging resulting in a tedious job of compiling and tracking. Up till today, there has been no HR tech platform that is able to adapt to the different regulatory requirements by the government nor extract verifiable information quickly upon request from enforcement officers.
“With the regulations introduced by the COVID Committee in Singapore that unvaccinated employees will need to show proof of working in establishments, businesses needed proper HR tech to manage hundreds and thousands of their staff vaccine status. If businesses were using non-digital means of record management, this makes it extremely tedious for contact tracing. With the COVID Safe+ Module, we are opening it up to any businesses to help simplify the process up to 80% for industries that need to move fast and relieve their teams from manual tasks,“ said Nigel Lim, Managing Director of Payboy.
