Demonstrating a commendable 2x year-over-year topline growth in just two years, Otoklix’s figures showcase its trajectory to reach profitability in just 12 months.

The Landscape and Challenges

Touted as one of the most prominent automotive aftermarkets in Southeast Asia, Indonesia’s market boasts a valuation hovering around US$16 billion. Yet, for all its size, the sector is littered with pain points. Servicing and repairing vehicles have long been arduous tasks, with authorized dealers grappling with inflated costs and extended wait periods. In contrast, independent workshops, which dominate 80% of the marketplace, wrestle with pitfalls like fraud, a lack of consistency, and subpar after-sales support. Moreover, the antiquated pen-and-paper transaction techniques these independent entities employ severely curtail their growth potential.

Otoklix: The Digital Solution

Leveraging robust backing from AC Ventures, Otoklix emerged as the savior the market desperately needed. For everyday vehicle owners, Otoklix extends a streamlined, transparent, and standardized vehicle upkeep solution. Through the platform, users can conveniently identify and utilize services from vetted independent workshops, all while enjoying warranties for tasks executed at Otoklix-affiliated locations. This collaboration aims to resurrect the Bright Olimart service chains throughout Pertamina Petrol Stations, providing an enhanced layer of convenience for vehicle aficionados across the nation.
