Kuala Lumpur, 20 August 2024 – Offspring Inc., a leader in premium sustainable baby care and a subsidiary of SEDANIA Group, has once again raised the bar in baby care innovation. Introducing the FeatherAIR Diaper, a breakthrough product designed specifically for babies with sensitive skin. This launch further cements Offspring’s commitment to providing eco-friendly, safe, and comfortable solutions for parents worldwide.

A Revolutionary Approach to Baby Diapering

The FeatherAIR Diaper, a result of years of dedicated research and development, redefines what parents can expect from a diaper. At just 1.5mm thick, this diaper boasts unparalleled absorbency with its 11X urine absorption capability, thanks to the advanced 10-layer SapGuard core technology and 2XSap system. It also offers 6X dryness with triple leakguard protection, making it perfect for both day and night use.

The diaper’s design is not only innovative but also prioritizes health and safety. It is hypoallergenic, 100% chlorine and chemical-free, and has received the approval of pediatricians and dermatologists. This makes FeatherAIR an ideal choice for parents concerned about their baby’s delicate skin.

Ng Hock Guan, Group Chief Executive Officer of SEDANIA, emphasized the importance of protecting sensitive baby skin, stating, “1 in 3 babies have sensitive skin. A baby’s skin is fragile and approximately 30% thinner than adults, making it easier for substances to be absorbed and penetrate deep into the skin layers. If the skin barrier is weakened, the skin can become easily irritated due to lower immunity. The new Offspring FeatherAIR addresses this with best-in-class absorption and unbeatable dryness, while offering optimum comfort.”

An Interactive Launch Experience

The FeatherAIR Diaper was officially launched at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, during a week-long interactive pop-up event from 20 August 2024 to 25 August 2024. Located in front of Tsutaya Books on Level 2, the pop-up invites parents and caregivers to experience the innovative diaper firsthand. Participants can engage in various interactive activities and redeem goody bags worth RM40, along with exclusive promotions available only at the event.

At the launch, Offspring also introduced its new Brand Ambassador, Zahirah MacWilson, who shared her experience as a mother. “As a mom, I’m always on the lookout for products that are not only effective but also safe for my child’s sensitive skin. Offspring FeatherAir has exceeded my expectations with its natural ingredients and gentle formulation. It’s comforting to know that I’m choosing a product that is kind to my baby and to the environment,” said Zahirah.
