OCB Life Group, a Singapore-based technology company, is leveraging the popularity of the Premier League to debut its new television commercial for its new-generation smart card campaign. Although fans would not be allowed into the stadiums, the passion in and support for the best football league in the world continues to be strong. In the UK, there are indications that all matches will be broadcast live on television to meet the strong following of fans. In Vietnam, K+ has the exclusive rights to broadcast all 380 matches of Premier League on television.

OCB Life Group today announced that it would advertise during television broadcast of K+ in Vietnam for all matches of the three most popular teams: Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City. This campaign will run from 19th September 2020 to end of the season on 23rd May 2021.

“Football is the number one love in Vietnam, and the Premier League is the most popular football league in this football-loving country. We are excited to demonstrate our support for the football-loving community, and at the same time enhance the brand awareness of OCB Life Group by advertising during television broadcast for all matches of the three most popular teams: Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City until end of the season.” James Franco, Senior Consultant at OCB Life Group said.

OCB Life Group is launching a new-generation smart card secured by blockchain technology. The smart card will be available worldwide next year, and it can be used as a stored-value card, debit card cum ATM card.

Besides advertising in broadcast of Premier League matches, OCB Life Group is planning to be a broadcast sponsor in Vietnam for this season’s UEFA Champions League, which will also be broadcast exclusively on K+ channels.

Vietnam is a football-loving country, especially when it comes to national team football. People of both gender and all age-groups nationwide love and support their national football team. As a result, OCB Life Group has signed a deal to purchase a Platinum Advertising Package for the coming World Cup Qualifier match between Malaysia and Vietnam. This will be a massive match for both teams, as a victory would put either of them in pole position to progress to the final qualifying round for FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

This Advertising Package will feature the OCB Life Group logo and its “OCB Life. Change My Life” tagline over a total of 14 minutes of brand exposure on the pitch-side LED Perimeter Advertising boards at Bukit Jalil Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The match was originally scheduled on 31st March 2020, but has been postponed to March 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

OCB Life Group believes in the values of sports. It will continue to support football and other sports in Vietnam as well as in other markets to connect with the community.
