Levi’s® joins forces with global music platform 88rising to celebrate the future of Asian music, featuring FARIZ JABBA, and unveils bold Spring/Summer collection.
Singapore – Levi’s® is turning up the heat this summer with a culture-first collaboration that blends cutting-edge fashion with the rhythm of a new music movement. Teaming up with pioneering music collective 88rising, Levi’s® launches Road to Future Asian Music (FAM) – a four-city concert series spotlighting emerging artists across Southeast Asia – just as the brand drops its Spring/Summer 2025 Collection, bringing back jorts in a big way.
Coinciding with the anniversary of the iconic 501® jeans, the partnership reflects a shared mission: empowering creative voices through timeless style and bold self-expression.
Road to FAM will travel through Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Manila, building momentum towards the upcoming FAM Bangkok festival. As part of the series, Levi’s® will style featured artists in new S/S 25 looks designed for movement, music and the spirit of the summer season.
The tour showcases rising talent across the region: Kicking off with intimate hometown showcases featuring Singapore’s FARIZ JABBA (SG), the raw storyteller blending hip-hop with narratives of urban Southeast Asian life, known for viral tracks like “Ape Sia” — Manila’s Zack Tabudlo (PH) — the first Filipino male solo artist to hit 1 billion Spotify streams through viral tracks like “Binibini” — Kuala Lumpur’s ZAMAERA (MY), who became a pioneering force in Malaysia’s rap scene after
releasing her viral track “Helly Kelly”, and Jakarta’s RAMENGVRL (ID), a 5-time Anugerah Musik Indonesia (AMI) winner, who gained fame following the release of “Cashmere”.
Road to FAM mirrors Levi’s® 150-year connection to music and self-expression, from the 501® jeans’ role in jazz and hip-hop revolutions to its enduring symbolism for artists. “For 150 years, Levi’s® and the 501® have been part of music and cultural movements around the world. Road to FAM continues that legacy by helping spotlight Asia’s next generation of creative pioneers,” said Levi’s® CMO Kenny Mitchell. “These artists are pushing boundaries and creating something entirely their own.”
