We also no longer communicate solely through text. We no longer simply send a text or an email. We now have these amazing, innovative, and lovely ways to communicate. There are emojis and bitmojis, as well as the most amazing Snapchat face filters. You can go live in seconds to millions of people all over the world and share some of the most incredible things that happen. In terms of business, we have altered the way we communicate with our customers. We communicate with them through platforms such as Twitter.

It’s all over social media. People are constantly asking for and seeking referrals on social media. That’s a good reason to step up your game.

Brand awareness is critical to your success because someone may not be able or ready to buy today, but they might be in a week, a month, six months, or a year. And you want them to think of you first when that time comes. And by staying in front of these people on social media, you’re building brand awareness and, whether they like it or not, renting space in their minds. So that when they do need to purchase your product or service, they think of you first, rather than your competitor.
