- At RingCentral, he expanded the company’s portfolio, creating revenue streams from cloud-based contact center, marketing, and sales intelligence solutions.
- During his tenure at Five9, Srini developed AI-powered digital engagement tools and workflow automation platforms that included virtual agents and assistive tools for contact center agents.
- At Cisco, he led strategic initiatives in the Applications Software and Collaboration Business units, leveraging his technical expertise in product management and corporate strategy.
His strong academic background, with degrees in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, positions him as a dynamic leader poised to redefine the CX and EX landscape at Freshworks.
