Resources and Discussions During the Partner Summit to Support Digital Transformation Efforts 

The upcoming partner summit by foodpanda presents a rare opportunity for merchant partners to benefit from masterclasses and fireside chats with industry veterans. Participants can learn how to maximise their reach and generate impactful results through foodpanda’s marketing solutions. They can also gain invaluable insights from industry experts from leading tech companies like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

For instance, merchants looking to improve their marketing can attend a foodpanda marketing solutions masterclass and learn how to better leverage foodpanda’s marketing solutions to maximise their reach and generate impactful results. Beyond that, event participants will also be able to hear from industry experts from other major tech companies – including Google, Meta and TikTok. Attendees can learn how to improve their searchability on Google search, and get insights on how to market themselves on trending social media platforms for better visibility and sales.

Key Insights from Previous Digital Transformation Journeys 

Foodpanda’s webinar series will highlight success stories like that of Chicken Royale, a popular restaurant in Malaysia. Participants will hear first-hand how Chicken Royale leveraged various digital channels to build a formidable brand presence online. 

Details about the Foodpanda-TikTok Masterclass 

The upcoming masterclass, hosted by foodpanda in collaboration with TikTok, will impart participants with essential skills for content creation on TikTok. The focus will be on leveraging trending topics for enhanced visibility and amplification of content. 

Collaboration with Industry Experts to Assist Merchant Partners 

Foodpanda works closely with industry experts from companies like Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and TabSquare to address the information gap faced by merchant partners. This collaboration entails the creation of easy-to-access explainers or events providing direct access to these experts.

Evaluation of Existing Solutions and Future Plans 

Foodpanda’s commitment to serving its merchant partners manifests in continuous innovation and expanding customer choices. From introducing dine-in discounts and enabling self-collection to facilitating participation in foodpanda-led marketing campaigns, the platform is constantly seeking new ways to enhance value for both customers and merchants.

Our merchant partners also get to benefit from cross-vertical participation, such as by participating in foodpanda-led marketing campaigns for added visibility, or working with foodpanda to craft customised campaigns. They also have the option to purchase ads via panda ads to drive visibility to their brands. As a merchant partner, they will also be invited to merchant-exclusive events such as the merchant partner summit, where participants are able to access learning resources, hear from industry experts, and network with industry peers to share experiences and learnings.
