 EasyParcel, Malaysia’s largest one-stop courier service booking platform, announced today that it has reached a significant milestone of serving more than 1.5 million users locally in its 10th-anniversary celebration today. To mark this milestone, the company launched a campaign focused on supporting Malaysian entrepreneurs with new discounts and promotions. The campaign shines a light on some of EasyParcel’s earliest customers who form the backbone of the country’s economy. 

EasyParcel has been a supporter of the local business economy since day one and continues to support businesses across Malaysia, particularly underscoring the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises as the backbone of the nation’s business ecosystem. Established in 2014, EasyParcel provides a streamlined shipping platform where individuals and businesses can book parcel deliveries both within Malaysia and internationally at affordable rates, choosing from a range of established courier companies. 

In the ten years of business, EasyParcel has grown into the largest local and now regional courier service booking platform, consistently providing micro SMEs with essential logistics support, simplifying their shipping processes and adapting to their needs.

Delivering with a difference

As of 2024, the company has helped customers and SMEs save RM 343 million, facilitated over 86 million delivery quotes globally, served 2.5 million customers worldwide in sending parcels, and reduced more than 62 million pieces of plastic waste through the use of recyclable packaging flyers. The company’s delivery booking platform has expanded to four countries—Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand — providing greater convenience to customers. The company remains committed to further expanding its network to additional countries and continuing to offer easy-access solutions to its customers in the years to come.

The platform’s unique service features, such as integrated tracking and flexible courier options, have been instrumental in simplifying logistical challenges and meeting the evolving needs of micro SMEs.
