In a heartfelt nod to the festive spirit, Amazon India shines a light on the true backbone of its operations – its employees, associates, and partners, through its latest campaign, #MagicHaiAmazonHai. This initiative aims to appreciate the individuals who tirelessly work behind the scenes, ensuring customers enjoy an unparalleled festive shopping experience.

Behind-the-Scenes Look at Amazon’s Service Excellence

Originating from various corners of India, Amazon’s diverse workforce plays a pivotal role in the company’s annual festive celebrations. The recent campaign film provides a candid look into the efforts and dedication required to guarantee timely and dependable deliveries.

Crafted by The Minimalist, the three-week narrative focuses on Amazon’s core brand values of speed, reliability, and efficiency, intertwined seamlessly with human touch, technological innovation, and streamlined processes. Building anticipation, two teaser videos set the stage, providing a taste of what the campaign has in store. The campaign’s essence is captured through an infectious jingle, accompanied by visuals illustrating the meticulous steps and the diligent individuals ensuring every package reaches its destination.

Engaging Activities & Phenomenal Reach

Augmenting its outreach, the campaign incorporated an influencer-driven initiative, revolving around a signature dance move synced to the jingle’s chorus. Encouraging participation, the #MagicHaiAmazonHai dance challenge aimed to celebrate the relentless efforts of the Amazon India team. The campaign’s impact was evident as it touched an astonishing 21 million people, accumulating over 32 million views in its initial fortnight.

Industry Inputs

Madhavi Kochar, the spearhead of Corporate Communications at Amazon India, shared, “For us at Amazon, it’s the people who truly drive our business. Our extensive network, cutting-edge technology, and robust processes find their strength in the individuals behind them. This campaign is our tribute to the ‘human magic’ they bring, elevating our customer experiences.”

Echoing the sentiment, Sahil Vaidya, Co-Founder of The Minimalist, remarked, “Developing the #MagicHaiAmazonHai campaign was a journey into the heart of Amazon India. It’s our salute to the dedicated souls delivering happiness during the festive season. We thoroughly enjoyed piecing together this dynamic campaign.”
