Accenture Song has welcomed Fairil Yeo as its new director, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to aiding its clients in achieving their digital transformation and enhancing customer experiences.
Fairil Yeo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, having previously served as the senior vice president at TEAM LEWIS since 2020. In this capacity, he was responsible for directing and supervising LEWIS agencies in several APAC cities including Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Sydney. Yeo will report to Yvonne van Bokhoven, the executive vice president of EMEA and APAC at LEWIS.
With 17 years of experience in the fields of digital, marketing, branding, and communications, Yeo has a broad background that complements his new role. He previously served as the vice president of transformation in the APAC region for over two years, where he spearheaded transformation initiatives at LEWIS in collaboration with the senior management team.
In his career, Yeo has been instrumental in expanding LEWIS’ operations in the APAC region. He also provided vital consultation to restructure marketing experiences for various clients, as indicated on his LinkedIn profile. He embarked on his journey with TEAM LEWIS in 2016 as the head of client engagement and digital experience for the APAC region, swiftly rising to managing director of Singapore and head of digital APAC.
Before his tenure at TEAM LEWIS, Yeo held the position of client solutions director of SEA at the digital marketing agency VML in 2010. This was prior to VML’s merger with Y&R to form VMLY&R. In this role, he wore many hats, overseeing marketing consultancy, digital platforms and solutions, new business development and acquisitions, client services and satisfaction management, and agency market development across SEA.
Furthermore, Yeo’s diverse career includes significant roles at Orbital Group, TTG Asia Media, and creative house Upside Down Concepts.

Following Yeo’s departure from TEAM LEWIS, Keso Kendall has stepped in to fill the void. Having been with TEAM LEWIS since 2015, Kendall’s promotion to this new role is a testament to her performance, previously serving as the head of regional strategic accounts of the APAC region since 2019.
Accenture Song has shown notable expansion in the past year, particularly within the region. In 2022, the firm acquired ROMP, an independent creative agency based in Indonesia. This acquisition, following the previous purchase of Entropia in 2021, signifies Accenture Song’s ambitions for growth across Southeast Asia.
David Droga, CEO of Accenture Song, emphasized in an interview last year the importance of the Southeast Asia market. He noted the dynamism of the market and the rich talent diversity as factors that propel the firm forward. The acquisitions were strategic, targeting agencies with innovative skillsets and not bound by antiquated models.
