7 Rahasia Pebisnis Tionghoa Yang Bisa Ditiru Generasi Muda

Sebelum bisnis mereka sukses, mereka rela hidup susah dan menabung 4/5 sisa pendapatan mereka untuk investasi di waktu-waktu mendatang

Secara umum, para pebisnis atau pedagang dari daratan Tionghoa dikenal sebagai orang-orang yang sukses sebagai entrepreneur. Mereka pergi dari kampung halaman, merantau, mulai dari nol, dan terbukti berkali-kali mampu mengembangkan usaha. Tak jarang, malah para pedagang Tionghoa-lah yang kemudian membuka lahan pekerjaan bagi kaum pribumi, sehingga bisa memiliki penghasilan bulanan. 

Apa rahasia para pebisnis Tionghoa? 

Belajar Berbisnis dari Kecil. Kerap kita temukan tipe keluarga Tionghoa yang melibatkan anggota keluarganya saat membuka bisnis—bahkan hingga sekarang. Bila seorang kepala keluarga Tionghoa membuka toko yang menjual barang-barang, makanan, atau jasa tertentu, istri dan anak-anaknya biasanya bertugas sebagai pelayan, kasir, dan lain-lain. Ini pembiasaan yang baik bagi anak-anak di masa dewasanya kelak. Secara mental dan keilmuan, anak-anak ini dilatih untuk jadi pebisnis yang, sangat mungkin, lebih pintar, lebih siap, dan lebih berhasil dibandingkan ayah dan ibu mereka. 

Hidup Seperlima Penghasilan. Para pengusaha Tionghoa punya prinsip hidup sederhana. Bagi mereka, jika pendapatan mereka baru mencapai Rp 5 juta per bulan, tak masalah membiayai kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan Rp 1 juta saja. Sebelum bisnis mereka sukses, mereka rela hidup susah dan menabung 4/5 sisa pendapatan mereka untuk investasi di waktu-waktu mendatang. 

Tak Takut Risiko. Mungkin, orang Tionghoa diajarkan kata “berani” dan dijauhkan dari kata, “gagal.” Mereka tumbuh sebagai pribadi-pribadi yang tak takut mengambil risiko demi kesuksesan bisnis yang lebih besar. 

Administrasi dan Pembukuan yang Rapi. Jika Anda perhatikan bagaimana toko-toko pengusaha Tionghoa, mereka jarang—jika tak bisa dikatakan tidak pernah—kehabisan stok barang. Ini dimungkinkan terjadi karena mereka menggunakan sistem administrasi yang bagus, begitu pula pembukuannya, sehingga arus kas lancar. 

Riset dan Analisa. Mereka memang para pemberani, tapi pengusaha Tionghoa juga pribadi yang ulet dalam memahami medan bisnis sebelum terjun langsung. Mereka tak ragu bertanya, mengumpulkan informasi-informasi, menyusun rencana. Tak heran mereka cepat tumbuh pesat begitu sudah menggeluti bisnis yang telah dipelajarinya. 

Servis Berkesan. Pepatah menarik dari Tionghoa berkata, “Kalau tidak pandai tersenyum, jangan membuat toko.” Artinya, jika Anda mau berbisnis, Anda juga harus mampu melayani pelanggan dengan service excellent. Jika tidak mampu melayani pelanggan dengan baik, lebih baik tak usah berbisnis, sebab pelanggan akan semakin sedikit, bisnis akan gagal, jika pemilik usaha terkesan tak peduli dengan customer satisfaction.

Jaringan Relasi. Para pengusaha Tionghoa acap memberi hadiah pada para pelanggannya. Tidak harus mahal, tapi mampu membangun imej positif, kesan baik, atas bisnis mereka. Dengan demikian, pelanggan merasa nyaman berinteraksi dengannya, datang lagi untuk transaksi-transaksi berikutnya.
