6 Strategi Pemasaran Terdesak

Apabila syarikat anda berada dalam situasi terdesak untuk mendapatkan jualan, tidak bermakna talian hayat anda hampir tamat. Ia sebenarnya memaksa anda sebagai usahawan kental untuk lebih kreatif dalam mencari jualan. Cuma masalahnya di sini, formula pemasaran yang semua orang tahu ialah seperti di bawah: 

Cepat = Pelaburan

Sesiapa juga yang mahukan jualan datang dengan cepat dan pantas, pelaburan adalah perlu. Lebih cepat, lebih besar pelaburan yang perlu disediakan. Sebaliknya, sekiranya anda tidak berada dalam keadaan yang tergesa-gesa maka secara automatiknya pelaburan kewangan tidak perlu tinggi. Namun perlu diingat, setiap strategi pemasaran yang dijalankan tidak semestinya akan mendatangkan hasil yang memuaskan. Kebanyakannya masih perlu mengambil masa juga.

Macam mana hendak melabur apabila dalam keadaan terdesak? Biasanya ketika dalam situasi tergesa-gesa seperti yang anda hadapi sekarang, keadaan kewangan syarikat anda agak runcing. Setiap ringgit yang ada di dalam simpanan perlu dipertahankan, kecuali dalam keadaan tertentu yang memaksa anda untuk berbelanja tetapi dengan berhati-hati.

Sabar. Di bawah, saya sediakan beberapa taktik pemasaran percuma (atau termurah) yang anda boleh gunakan untuk dapatkan jualan pantas. 

Kuatkan profil anda di semua media sosial. Ini perkara paling utama yang perlu anda lakukan. Mengapa? Kepercayaan pengguna internet kepada anda bakal bermula di sini. Ia perlu dilengkapkan dengan seberapa terperinci yang boleh. Pastikan mereka faham siapa anda, apa yang anda jual, adakah produk anda mampu membantu mereka menyelesaikan masalah tertentu, mengapa mereka perlu membeli dari anda dan bagaimana untuk mereka menghubungi anda sekiranya mereka berminat untuk membeli atau membuat pertanyaan? Kredibiliti anda akan dikukuhkan di sini.

Minta bantuan saudara-mara dan sahabat untuk menjemput rakan mereka untuk Like laman perniagaan anda. Ini sangat berguna di Facebook Page; pastikan semua saudara mara, rakan sepejabat, rakan sebilik ketika bujang dahulu, kawan-kawan yang sama sekolah menengah, bekas teman wanita atau lelaki dan sesiapa sahaja yang mengenali diri anda untuk menjemput rakan-rakan FB mereka untuk Like Facebook Page anda. Jangan lupa juga untuk Follow Instagram, LinkedIn dan Twitter anda juga.

Guna ejen. Jangan terlalu mengharapkan media sosial, dapatkan ejen yang mampu menjual berdasarkan komisen. Ini juga akan sangat membantu. 

Muatnaik status berkali-kali sehari. Sejak penghujung tahun 2018, tidak ramai lagi yang ingin menekan butang Like, berkongsi ataupun meninggalkan komen mereka pada status yang anda muatnaik itu. Mereka lebih gemar untuk membaca secara diam-diam dan terus tatal ke status yang berikutnya. Jadi, anda yang memuatnaik status tadi tidak pasti sama ada ia dibaca atau dilihat oleh para pengikut anda ataupun tidak. Bagi memastikan yang mereka betul-betul melihat apa yang anda sajikan, cara yang terbaik ialah dengan memuatnaik sekerap mungkin status dalam masa sehari. Mungkin 5-7 status sehari adalah satu permulaan yang baik. Status yang dimuatnaik itu tidak semestinya semua status yang baharu ditulis. Anda boleh juga kitar semula status-status yang pernah dimuatnaik semalam, minggu lalu dan juga yang lama. 

Gunakan iklan. Kalau boleh sediakan sedikit bajet kecil untuk anda percepatkan kadar tularan di media sosial tidak kira sama ada ia di Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter mahupun Instagram. Biasanya kadar yang dikenakan di Facebook dan Instagram tidaklah mahal, hanya RM4 sehari minimum. Itu pun ia mampu mencecah beberapa ribu orang dalam sehari. Sebaik-baiknya ini dilakukan setelah anda telah selesai menjemput rakan-rakan dan saudara mara anda terdahulu seperti yang dicadangkan di atas. Cuba gunakan parameter friends and their friends dan masukkan lokasi yang sesuai di iklan tersebut. Kaedah ini seolah-olah anda mempelawa rakan-rakan kepada rakan anda untuk turut sama menjadi pengikut laman anda di media sosial. 

Gambar yang asli dan berkualiti. Ini sangat-sangat penting. Hindarkan diri dari mengunakan gambar-gambar stok yang terdapat di Google dan internet. Kebanyakannya adalah gambar mat salleh yang sedikit pun tidak melambangkan jenama dan produk anda yang wujud di Malaysia. Jadi gunakan gambar sendiri, ini yang terbaik. Dengan gambar yang unik, asli dan berkualiti, ia secara tidak langsung bakal membantu menarik perhatian bakal pelanggan yang ada di luar sana untuk melihat apa yang anda muatnaik itu.
