As part of its regional expansion, VP Bank recently added five key front office hires to its Singapore office, including three senior relationship managers. This is part of VP Bank’s vision for Asia, to which it has been expanding the organisational and management structure in Singapore and increased its client focus – such as upgrading the local branch’s merchant bank licence to a wholesale banking licence in 2018. The bank also bolstered its product line with offerings to include structured products and mortgages aimed exclusively to its Asian clientele.
