Apakah trend pemasaran di media sosial yang anda perlu tahu untuk kekal relevan pada tahun ini? Terdapat 5 elemen kesemuanya.

Bina keyakinan, bukan perhatian. Jangan terlalu fokus kepada ingin mendapatkan statistik yang sedap mata memandang. Jumlah Like yang banyak, jumlah komen yang tinggi dan jumlah perkongsian yang dikatakan tular bukan sukatan sebenar kejayaan pemasaran media sosial anda. Kejayaan sebenar ialah dengan membuatkan orang membeli, lagi dan lagi. Bagaimana? Dengan membina keyakinan mereka terhadap jenama anda apabila mereka melihat cara anda menggunakan media sosial. Jangan tiru gaya orang lain. Mereka pun keliru juga sebenarnya. Guna cara anda tersendiri berdasarkan objektif membina keyakinan pengguna terhadap anda.

Media sosial sebagai media interaksi. Di sini, anda juga sepatutnya lebih banyak berinteraksi dengan mereka. Muatnaik status yang mengajak para pengikut anda untuk datang dan tinggalkan komen mereka pada status tersebut. Kemudian anda ulas dan jawab komen mereka dengan baik. Bina percakapan yang lebih erat dengan cara ini. Sekiranya anda kurang mahir tentang media sosial, dapatkan pertolongan segera sebelum terlambat.

Kuiz, pertanyaan pendapat dan survey. Apakah jenis status yang mampu mengajak orang memberikan komen mereka? Anda boleh gunakan kaedah kuiz, bertanya pendapat mereka tentang sesuatu strategi yang ingin anda laksanakan pada rekabentuk produk misalnya, ataupun mengadakan bancian atau survey untuk mereka jawab. Anda perlu tahu, manusia amat gemar untuk membantu orang lain terutamanya rakyat Malaysia, jadi di sini mereka tidak akan teragak-agak untuk membantu anda.

Kandungan untuk penyebaran. Media sosial juga amat sesuai untuk anda menyebarkan kandungan anda kepada orang ramai terutamanya kepada para pengikut anda. Kandungan yang dimaksudkan ini ialah poster tentang karnival jualan, jemputan secara dalam talian ke majlis yang akan diadakan nanti ataupun video tentang kebaikan sesuatu tabiat itu dengan menyelit sedikit produk anda di dalamnya.

Menjual dengan tidak menjual. Tiada siapa yang suka dijual. Jadi anda jangan menjadi satu jenama yang menjual secara keterlaluan. Bagaimana menjual dengan tidak menjual? Jangan terlalu menonjol yang anda adalah penasihat kewangan atau insurans di dalam media sosial. Ada cara yang lebih baik lagi. Mungkin anda boleh gunakan hobi anda sebagai seorang yang gemar melakukan aktiviti luar untuk dipaparkan ke dalam media sosial anda. Dalam 8 atau 10 status yang anda muatnaik tentang aktiviti luar anda itu, baharu anda selitkan satu status ringkas tentang kepentingan insurans sekiranya mereka ingin terlibat dalam aktiviti sukan seperti ini. Kaedah ini biasanya akan berkesan kerana ia dilihat sebagai tidak terlalu memaksa.
