Siew Ting brings extensive strategic, purpose-driven, and global brand-building expertise to InfluenConnect™. With over 25 years of experience at multinational organisations, including Unilever, Mars, Diageo, and Fonterra, and most recently serving as Global Chief Brand and Insights Officer and Asia Pacific Japan CMO, HP Inc. She has led significant brand transformation initiatives and delivered measurable business results.
Recognised six times by Campaign Asia as one of the “Most Purposeful CMOs”, Siew Ting Foo has long advocated inclusive leadership, cultural insight, and human-centred marketing. She was recently named a Global Top 3 Inclusive CMO and currently sits on the board of The Marketing Society and RSVP Singapore, where she serves as Chairman of the Strategic Communications Committee.
In her role at InfluenConnect™, Siew Ting will advise on strategic development and go-to-market direction, with a strong focus on embedding purpose into technology, operations, and market expansion. Her philosophy of building “brands with soul” aligns with InfluenConnect’s mission to drive positive change in the creator economy by increasing transparency, amplifying diverse voices, and contributing to environmental sustainability.
