Modello, a local talent platform for events and short-term engagements aims to connect both brands and talents effectively to ensure both parties have their goals met and are able to benefit from each other’s engagement through the platform with the use of machine learning and big data. Modello looks to create limitless opportunities for brands to connect with storytellers, trendsetters, icons, and influencers to reach out to the right audience and shape culture and conversations. 

Modello is here to empower both parties – brands and the talent community – through its platform that simplifies the process of getting the ideal event talent and online influencer for any job. Brands will have access to the platform that showcases the talents and their areas of expertise, while talents will have their interests managed and taken care of by Modello. Through AI, Modello is able to match both parties together based on needs and experience, while also facilitating the process of selection, training, administration, and payment to ensure a stronger overall partnership quality.

One of the major challenges faced by brands when considering hiring talents and influencers is the benefit and returns they can provide. With no real tangible method of accurately measuring the ROI of these partnerships, influencer marketing can be a lawless environment, with brands hesitant on capitalizing on the potential of these quickly rising personalities and talents. For influencers, the concerns are on their ability to accurately represent the brand – in today’s creator-driven social landscape, they must work hard to get the right image and strike the right tone, or risk backlash from the public and future potential brand partnerships. 

Modello addresses these issues by leveraging data analytics, through a database built on the brand’s years of experience of managing and connecting brands with talents. To foster synergy and ensure a highly effective marketing outreach, Modello uses an intelligent filtering system to help brands sift through its database of over 6,000 registered talents, sorting through set conditions such as demographics, target audience and more to help them better identify the talent best suited for the job. Talents, on the other hand, can benefit from the Modello system that ensures they are selected and trained based on their expertise, allowing them to build their portfolio and networks with influential brands.

Data is increasingly educating us in our decision making, and through the use of analytics Modello can ensure that our brand partners can know what they are getting as a result of their ad spend and partnership with our talents. Ultimately, combining the careful curation of our talents with the help of our intelligent filtering system and a set algorithm, we will be able to amplify brand marketing campaigns. This will increase authentic content, grow brand awareness, improve overall engagement, and drive your audience to act through sustainable influencer and talent marketing,” said Same Tham. 

Prioritising the ease-of-use, Modello allows employers to be connected to the suitable manpower they need to create the campaigns through the integrated use of machine learning, big data and an intelligent filtering system to effectively ensure all parties achieve their goals.
