Under the aegis of this partnership, MyBHA-affiliated budget hotels will have the opportunity to transform a selection of their unutilised rooms into furnished, long-term rental units. These adaptations will include practical facilities such as washing machines and laundry dryers, coupled with state-of-the-art iBilik Smart Meters. These smart devices provide valuable usage data, offering hoteliers enhanced control over energy consumption and increased operational efficiency.
