Lush Launches Super Mario Bros. Movie-Inspired Collection

Lush, the well-known cosmetics company, has teamed up with Nintendo and Illumination’s Super Mario Bros. Movie to create a new line of limited-edition products that will “power up” your bathing experience.

The Lush X The Super Mario Bros. Movie collection is only available on the Lush website, app, and in stores across the country. It includes Mario and Luigi shower gels, a Princess Peach body spray, and a surprise Question Block bath bomb with power-up soaps in various smells and colours.

Let’s take a closer look at the collection and its products.

1. Question Block Bath Bomb with Collectible Power-Up Soaps

The first-ever Question Block bath bomb in the collection comes with a hidden collectible power-up soap inside, each with its unique fragrance and color. This exciting and innovative product will provide a delightful surprise during your bath time.

2. Mario and Luigi Shower Gels

The collection also features two new shower gels that are sure to brighten up any bathroom. The first is a red Mario shower gel that smells like cola cubes and is filled with cleansing pomegranate juice. The second is a bright green shower gel by Luigi that smells like fresh apple and rose absolute.

3. Bespoke Mystery Gift Boxes

Movie lovers can build their own custom surprise gift boxes for as little as £4 by adding their favourite items from the limited collection, which comes wrapped in the recognisable yellow Question Block box.

Innovative and Iconic Collection

Stephanie Kraus, SVP global design and product development, expressed her excitement about the Lush x Super Mario Bros. Movie collaboration. She said, “The collection is innovative and iconic, with surprise and delight elements inspired by the film, and we can’t wait for the reaction from fans.”

Supporting Conservation Actions

Lush has worked with other companies in the past to make limited-edition products that help a good cause. Lush created the limited-edition bath bomb Orangutan in June of last year to raise money for the Sumatran Orangutan Society (SOS). A ticket that invites the bather to immerse oneself in the sounds of the Sumatran jungle is included in the bath bomb, which also contains regenerating Sumatran dark patchouli oil from Sumatra. The entire revenue from the product will go towards protecting this crucial ecosystem in West Toba, Indonesia.
