In an electrifying development within the Vietnamese fashion industry, Canifa has set a new benchmark for digital engagement success. The renowned fashion brand, known for its extensive network of over 100 physical outlets and a robust online footprint, has recently reported a staggering 54% increase in app conversion rates. This monumental achievement comes on the heels of its strategic partnership with CleverTap, the acclaimed all-in-one engagement platform.

Canifa has always been at the forefront of crafting seamless and distinctive customer journeys, a commitment that extends to its mobile application experience. However, the brand faced significant challenges due to data fragmentation and limitations in its previous tools, hampering real-time personalization and engagement efforts. In a market as competitive and dynamic as the Vietnamese fashion sector, where capturing the attention of tech-savvy consumers is paramount, these hurdles were particularly pronounced.

Enter CleverTap. With its integrated approach to customer engagement, CleverTap emerged as the ideal solution for Canifa.   • A 7% uplift in user retention over the same period
  • A 50% month-over-month increase in conversion rate
  • A 4% rise in app stickiness
  • A 20% improvement in overall retention rate
  • An impressive 54% boost in app conversion rate
