Konsisten Penting Di Media Sosial

Mempunyai jenama yang kukuh dan berkredibiliti tinggi, yang diikuti oleh beribu-ribu malah berjuta orang di media sosial memang seronok. Siapa yang tidak suka dirinya menjadi popular seakan-akan selebriti sebenar atau jenama syarikatnya dikenali ramai.

Namun di sebalik muka yang keceriaan status-status yang dimuatnaik di Instagram, Facebook dan Twitter, tidak ramai yang tahu berapa keras individu ataupun jenama tersebut bekerja keras siang dan malam memastikan semuanya berjalan dengan lancar.

Tidak ramai yang tahu tentang rahsia bagaimana seseorang itu mempunyai kebolehan untuk membina kredibiliti yang kuat di media sosial yang membolehkannya meraih pendapatan lumayan setiap hari, minggu ataupun bulan melalui projek-projek yang masuk.

Bukan, kejayaaan di media sosial bukan sebenarnya terletak pada kecantikan seseorang. Mungkin ia membantu tetapi bukan penyebab utama. Ia bukan juga terletak pada jenis telefon pintar dan kamera yang digunakan agar setiap gambar yang diperolehi akan kelihatan cantik dan berkualiti. Dan ia bukan juga terletak pada jenis baju, mekap atau aksesori yang digunakan semata-mata.

Konsisten, ini rahsia sebenar kejayaan seseorang atau jenama di media sosial.

Apakah yang dimaksudkan oleh konsisten? Ia bermaksud anda perlu melakukan setiap perkara yang melibatkan pemasaran media sosial anda secara berterusan pada kadar yang sama. 

Memuatnaik setiap status. Untuk mendapatkan capaian yang lebih baik di media sosial, terdapat beberapa artikel yang ditulis sebelum ini yang pernah saya baca menyatakan bahawa seseorang atau sesuatu jenama itu perlu memuatnaik sekurang-kurangnya 1-5 kali setiap hari status di platform media sosial masing-masing untuk kekal relevan di media sosial.

Sekiranya anda berhasrat untuk memuatnaik 3 status sehari contohnya, mungkin jam 8-10 pagi satu status, jam 12 tengah hari – 2 petang satu status dan jam 5-7 petang satu status, anda perlu berterusan memuatnaik sebegini setiap hari tidak kira pada hari bekerja, hujung minggu dan juga hari-hari perayaan. Dari sini baharu anda akan mula melihat pertumbuhan dari aspek kadar interaksi, jumlah pengikut yang meningkat dan juga pesanan terus yang diterima yang bertanyakan tentang produk atau perkhidmatan yang anda sediakan.

Penyediaan kandungan. Persoalannya sekarang, apakah bentuk status yang perlu anda muatnaik? Hanya anda sahaja yang boleh menjawab tentang bentuk atau jenis kandungan yang sesuai dengan halatuju anda. Buat masa ini, kebanyakan komuniti di platform media sosial seperti di Instagram, Facebook dan Twitter gemar dengan kandungan yang berbentuk video pendek, gambar dan rekabentuk grafik. Penulisan artikel panjang pula hanya sesuai di platform seperti LinkedIn dan Medium.

Berinteraksi. Memuatnaik status bersama-sama dengan video atau gambar yang menarik di media sosial kegemaran anda satu hal, tetapi meluangkan masa untuk bersembang dan membalas komen-komen juga satu hal penting yang tidak dapat tidak, perlu dilakukan juga. Ia akan menonjolkan kredibiliti anda sebagai seorang atau satu jenama yang ramah. Apabila komuniti anda melihat anda seorang yang peramah dan suka membalas komen-komen yang ditulis oleh para pengikut anda, mereka akan berasa lebih rapat lagi dengan anda. Dan apabila ini berlaku, mereka akan tidak teragak-agak untuk mempercayai anda.

Mendapatkan bantuan. Terdapat juga jenama-jenama yang mahu aktif di pentas media sosial untuk meraih populariti bagi mendapatkan jualan tetapi tidak berkemampuan untuk meluangkan masa di hadapan komputer dan peranti mudah alih berjam-jam sehari dengan konsisten ataupun tidak mempunyai pasukan pemasaran media sosial yang berpengetahuan tinggi untuk melakukan aktiviti ini.

Jadi sekiranya anda berada dalam situasi begini, jangan tunggu-tunggu lagi. Dapatkan bantuan dari individu atau syarikat yang mahir dalam media sosial atau pemasaran digital yang anda kenali segera. Pastikan bukan sahaja kadar bayaran yang mereka sediakan berpatutan, tetapi juga mereka benar-benar berkebolehan dari segi teknikal untuk membantu anda. Jangan lupa untuk meminta beberapa nama para pelanggan yang sedia ada untuk anda lihat hasil kerja mereka di media sosial. Jangan terus bersetuju dengan melantik individu tersebut dengan cepat, selidik dahulu latar belakang mereka agar anda tidak tertipu.
