Leadership shift sees founder Pavel Yurovitskiy become Chief Strategy Advisor and Chairman, with Olga Dulinskaya appointed as CEO
KIT Global, a 360° marketing solutions company operating across APAC, LATAM, Europe, and MENA, has announced a significant leadership transition to support its continued expansion and strategic evolution into a technology-driven marketing platform. Having moved beyond its services-first agency roots, KIT Global now enables brands to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns from a centralized global platform, a model gaining strong traction across regions and industries. This leadership evolution marks a pivotal step as the company enters its next phase of growth.
As part of this transition, Pavel Yurovitskiy, who has served as CEO since founding KIT Global, will move into the role of Chief Strategy Advisor and Chairman of the Board, focusing on long-term strategy and new market expansion. Succeeding him as Chief Executive Officer is Olga Dulinskaya, who will lead global operations, strategic direction, and organizational growth.
To support this next chapter, Dulinskaya has appointed additional senior management leaders aligned with her vision:
- Yan Freiman as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operational strategy, coordination, and compliance.
- Asher U’ren as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing local and global marketing strategies, and customer acquisition.
- Pritesh Mohite as Chief Revenue Officer, India and MENA, leading sales, partnerships, and regional growth in those markets.
Together, this new leadership team will accelerate KIT Global’s next phase of growth and deepen its impact across all regions of operation.
“This change allows me to dedicate myself fully to what I’ve always been most passionate about identifying growth opportunities, expanding into new markets, and shaping where we go next,” said Yurovitskiy. “Once those markets are launched, Olga will lead them into full operational maturity.”
Dulinskaya brings a strong mix of strategic insight and operational experience, having played a central role in defining KIT Global’s platform direction over the past two years. As CEO, she will deepen product development, lead global operations, and strengthen internal alignment to support scalable growth.
“My focus is on building a product-first company with strong global infrastructure,” said Dulinskaya. “While we’ve evolved from agency to platform, our core remains the same: helping clients achieve real, measurable impact through a smarter, more integrated approach. I look forward to working closely with Pavel as we scale our platform and sharpen our strategic direction.”
