DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV), an esteemed trailblazer in the digital media measurement, data, and analytics landscape, has publicly revealed their landmark acquisition of Scibids Technology SAS (“Scibids”). Recognized as a vanguard in AI-powered digital campaign optimization, the partnership with Scibids is a move set to revolutionize the digital advertising industry. 

Value Proposition of the Deal 

This all-encompassing union is rooted in a cash and stock transaction pegged at an impressive $125 million. The deal also features potential additional consideration founded on certain performance metrics. As per the agreed timeline, the transaction is set to conclude in the third quarter of the year. 

Reinforcing Digital Media Campaign Performance 

Under this alliance, DoubleVerify’s product leadership in real-time campaign optimizations will be supercharged. The merger enables the integration of DV’s trusted media quality and performance data, including viewability, contextual, and attention signals, with Scibids’ robust AI technology and real-time optimization algorithms. 

Redefining Media Transaction and Ad KPI Achievement 

This synergistic collaboration will set a new industry standard by empowering DV to oversee the entire media transaction journey, from activation to measurement. The move aligns with advertiser goals, as it offers real-time campaign optimization without relying on third-party cookies. As a result, DV transitions from being a performance proxy to an entity that actualizes ad KPI achievements and tangible business outcomes.

Scibids, renowned for building AI that streamlines and optimizes the programmatic buying of digital ad campaigns, has an impressive roster of clients. This alliance amplifies the capabilities of Scibids’ AI technology and broadens its influence across the digital advertising ecosystem.
