SINGAPORE, 5 September 2024 – In a monumental collaboration, Coca-Cola Singapore and Marvel have teamed up to unveil Coca-Cola x Marvel: The Heroes, an exciting limited-edition campaign bringing iconic Marvel characters to life. Through an innovative digital experience, fans can collect six unique Coca-Cola cans, each adorned with illustrations of their favorite Marvel characters, and enjoy augmented reality (AR) interactions that take storytelling to the next level.

Coca-Cola’s long-standing relationship with Disney, which stretches back over 60 years, continues to thrive with this latest campaign, proving once again how these two global giants create unforgettable experiences. This new collaboration taps into the magic of the Marvel Universe, allowing fans to dive into digital collectible characters, AR experiences, and a chance to win incredible prizes.

The Power of Legacy and Creativity

“The collaboration with Marvel allows us to tap into the legacy and affinity for both brands, delivering consumers new and unexpected experiences,” said Islam ElDessouky, Global Head of Creative Strategy and Content for Coca-Cola Trademark. “It’s exciting to see how our relationship with Disney encourages and enables us to push creative boundaries.”

This is more than just a marketing campaign—it’s a multi-dimensional experience supported by a 360-degree global marketing strategy, spanning digital, out-of-home, cinema, and video platforms.

A New Way to Experience Marvel

From September 1 to October 31, 2024, Coca-Cola and Marvel fans can find these limited-edition cans featuring iconic characters like Deadpool, Wolverine, Loki, Black Widow, Hulk, and Iron Man. Coca-Cola Original Taste highlights Deadpool, Wolverine, and Loki, while Coca-Cola Zero Sugar features Black Widow, Hulk, and Iron Man. Fans can simply scan the cans to unlock exclusive AR experiences on the Coca-Cola website.

Not only do these collectible cans provide a visually stunning tribute to the Marvel Universe, but the immersive AR component ensures that every fan feels part of the action.

In addition to the collectible cans and AR features, Coca-Cola x Marvel: The Heroes offers fans the chance to win exclusive prizes, including a Marvel Color Changing Cup, Deadpool Pillow, Marvel Bucket Hat, and a grand prize—a 3-day, 2-night trip to Hong Kong Disneyland. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for fans to engage with both brands in new, exciting ways.
