BBDO Hong Kong has had a strong start in the market with its creative awards success at this year’s Kam Fan awards, held in Hong Kong last night.
The agency took home 5 Golds and 5 Silver awards, as well as the coveted Grand Kam Fan – recognizing the McDonald’s “Back to the Beginning” campaign as Hong Kong’s most creative work. The campaign centred around a 10-minute short film which saw a collective of award-winning film experts nostalgically recreate the iconic and emotional opening of McDonald’s first restaurant in Hong Kong in 1975.
