Juwai IQI announced today that its IQI brand has appointed Ernest Towle as its Head of the Property Advisory Division. Towle is an experienced media and advertising executive with more than two decades of experience in relationship management, property, real estate finance, and marketing.
Most recently, Towle served as Assistant General Manager for StarProperty, at Malaysia’s integrated media company, the publicly traded Star Media Group. There, Towle had profit and loss responsibility for the entire business unit. He oversaw major property developer & real estate agency clients, consumer-facing and industry-facing teams, as well as all media channels, including print, digital, events, and social media.
Towle has also served as a member of the senior management team at iProperty Group for more than three years. iProperty was one of Southeast Asia’s most successful technology start-ups, was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, and merged with the REA Group in 2015 in what was the largest online advertising merger in ASEAN history.
Towle’s earlier roles include serving as a banking Relationship Manager. He provided personalized financial solutions to high net worth individuals. He helped his clients grow their portfolios of assets with the assistance of the Bank’s various divisions.
In his new role at Juwai IQI, Towle will work closely with high net worth clients, advising and consulting on real estate investment. He will provide research and real estate investment options to help clients build a high-performing real estate portfolio. When clients already own property, he will help them achieve their financial goals by monitoring and advising on their real estate investment portfolios.
