Ruder Finn Era, an integrated Southeast Asian communications consultancy built on local leadership and regional expertise, has appointed Huong (Hailee) Le as Managing Director, Vietnam. Based in Hanoi, she will lead the firm’s Vietnam business as it continues to expand its strategic advisory capabilities across the region.
Le brings more than 15 years of communications experience in Vietnam. She joins Ruder Finn Era from Pioneer Consulting, where she spent more than 13 years, most recently as Managing Partner, advising local and multinational clients on corporate, brand and reputation strategy. Her experience includes leading thought leadership for McKinsey, corporate communications for Traveloka, and market entry positioning for Mambu, alongside high-profile aviation and trade communications for global brands. Her deep understanding of Vietnam’s media and regulatory landscape positions her well to lead the firm’s continued growth in the market.
