Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI) today announced Vicky Skelton as its Managing Director for East Asia Pacific (EAP), effective immediately.
In her new role, Skelton will lead commercial operations across all channels and accelerate sustainable, long-term growth across East Asia Pacific—one of the company’s most dynamic and strategically important regions. The region has demonstrated strong momentum, underpinned by a passionate local team, trusted partners, and enduring consumer love for the Levi’s® brand, with significant opportunities ahead in retail expansion, digital acceleration, and brand-led growth.
“Vicky has a proven track record of delivering strong results while building high-performing, purpose-driven teams,” said Gianluca Flore, Chief Commercial Officer, Levi Strauss & Co. “Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening brand momentum in Canada, and we are confident she will build on the strong foundation in East Asia Pacific to scale the next chapter of growth.”
Skelton brings more than 13 years of experience with Levi’s®, having held multiple senior leadership roles across the business. Most recently as General Manager of Canada, she led a sharpened direct-to-consumer-first strategy, delivered robust commercial performance, and sustainably accelerated the women’s business—reinforcing Levi’s® evolution from a men’s denim icon to a head-to-toe lifestyle brand for both men and women. Commenting on her appointment, Skelton said: “East Asia Pacific is a region rich in culture, creativity, and opportunity. I’m excited to partner with our talented teams, franchise partners, and distributors to build on the strong momentum already underway. Together, we will continue to deepen consumer connections, strengthen our DTC-first and brand-led approach, and unlock Levi’s® full potential as a lifestyle brand across the region. I’m incredibly optimistic about what we can achieve together.”
