Re, the brand-led experience design business within M+C Saatchi Group, today announced the appointment of Kiranpreet Kaur Dhillon as its new Group Strategy Director. The move follows continued demand for strategically informed experience design in the AI era.
Kiran, a leading industry voice and Gruen regular, will lead Re’s strategy offering across its roster of clients, including Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths and Youi, as well as new wins BaptistCare, Alternaleaf and Downer Group. She joins Re from AKQA following a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, where she has been recognised as an award-winning agency business and strategy leader.
Her appointment further strengthens M+C Saatchi’s connected strategic offer, following the announcement of Simon Wassef as incoming Group Chief Strategy Officer.
Ben Harrison, Re Managing Director, says: “Kiran’s a unicorn. Her experience bridging brand, experience, and digital transformation makes her a perfect partner to our clients seeking meaningful connections with their customers, employees and investors. As a champion of diversity, she’s also a perfect alignment with our mission to make progress by design.”
On joining Re, Kiranpreet Kaur Dhillon said: “Re sits at a beautiful convergence of brand and experience – a space that I am a complete nerd about, and one that I feel is a perfect springboard for innovation and growth at a time when it’s becoming increasingly difficult to connect deeper with customers. I’m thrilled to join Re and the wider M+C Saatchi Group to lead the team in unlocking new growth opportunities for our clients and helping to further define Re’s market-leading offer.”
Kiran is a seasoned executive leader, having previously worked across the APAC region with major brands such as Citibank, Mastercard, Bupa, and Cancer Council.
