Your Trust+ experience just levelled up

Last year, we introduced Trust+, Singapore’s first fully digital elevated banking experience.

Since then, Trust+ has helped our customers grow their savings* in a delightful way while enjoying exclusive privileges with an innovative experience that is easy, transparent and rewarding. This resonated strongly with our customers and played a key role in our customer deposit balances doubling to S$3.8 billion in 2024.

Today, we are delighted to unveil a major level up of the Trust+ experience, delivered with new and refreshed benefits for our customers. These benefits include a complimentary metal card, curated 1-for-1 partner privileges, a bonus tier for earning interest on deposits up to S$1.2 million (which is higher than what most other banks currently offer) and a differentiated App experience.

Experience metal

Say hello to your exquisitely crafted metal card. When you qualify for Trust+, you have the option to upgrade your Link card to a Trust+ metal card. And great news – the metal card is complimentary with no annual or subscription fees. As with our innovative Link card, the metal card works as a credit or debit card so you only have to carry one card around.

Customers will continue to reap all the benefits they enjoy with their existing card, including accelerated Linkpoints earnings and fee-free foreign exchange transactions.

More curated privileges

We previously offered our Trust+ customers discounts from our exclusive range of curated partners. Our customer research revealed that customers love the simplicity, so we’ve upgraded our benefits to offer 1-for-1 privileges, with combined savings of more than S$200 every month**, from some of our customers’ favourite merchants – Edge, Golden Village Gold Class, Paradise Group, Mandai Wildlife Reserve and Starbucks. These are in addition to the existing coupons and stamp cards that Trust customers regularly use.

Trust+ customers also get a complimentary Just Wine Club membership. With this, you’ll sip more for less with an 8% discount on wine purchases made at all FairPrice, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra stores, as well as FairPrice Online. This is in addition to invitations to exclusive member-only events such as premium wine sales and wine pairing dinners. We think that’s fancy!

Earn higher interest on deposits of up to S$1.2 million

Trust+ customers who maintain a minimum average daily balance of S$100,000 in their Trust savings accounts will earn a higher rate of interest on deposits. Previously, this higher rate of interest was applicable on deposits up to S$800,000. We’re increasing this so that customers earn the higher rate on deposits of up to S$1.2 million. This means Trust+ customers can earn even more interest on their deposits.

More ways to qualify for Trust+

Since the launch of TrustInvest, many customers have asked whether their TrustInvest balances count towards Trust+ qualification. From July, we’re making that a reality. Customers simply need to maintain a minimum of S$100,000 in eligible balances across their savings and investment accounts for a calendar month to qualify.  

Qualification continues to be automatic – no application forms, no calling your bank to apply and no confusion as to whether you are eligible.  Those who qualify will be elevated automatically to Trust+ from the first day of the following month and can see this within the App. To bring even more delight, there is no subscription fee to enjoy Trust+ privileges.  

Like all things from Trust, this next level of banking experience is even more easy, transparent and rewarding.
