Currently attached to Smith and Nephew a Medical technology company as Regional HR Manager for APAC. Thila is dedicated to assisting HR professionals on various social media platforms during current crisis scenarios. She is passionate about PEOPLE, CULTURE, and ENGAGEMENT. She is currently working on ways to ensure the success of a multigenerational workforce.
